Pricing questions
What do I actually get for the monthly price?
The whole platform: the customer record, scheduling, staff, quoting, invoicing, online payments, the website builder and the industry module for your trade. What changes between plans is scale - how many team members, branches, websites and AI tokens you get, not which features are switched on.
What counts as a user in Melbarrel pricing?
A user is anyone who signs in to run the business - staff, managers, owners. Customers who book online are not users and are never charged for.
Is Melbear AI an extra charge?
No. Melbear is included in every paid Melbarrel plan, with no separate AI subscription and no per-message charge. Higher plans unlock more capable models for complex work.
Can I change plan later?
You can change your Melbarrel plan at any time, in both directions. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period.
What happens to my data if I cancel Melbarrel?
You can export your data before you leave, and Melbarrel keeps it recoverable for a grace period in case you change your mind. Your data is never held hostage.
